Michael Adote founded Poimen on the conviction that the most impactful thing a leader can do is attend to their own formation. Not because inward work is separate from outward impact, but because it is the root of it.

The Mastery Program draws on scripture, ancient wisdom, and applied personal development. It is designed to be accessible to any leader willing to do the work, regardless of background, tradition, or starting point.

Michael facilitates every cohort personally. The programme is not delivered through a content platform and forgotten. It is shepherded. That is what the word Poimen means.
